An elegant and sublime Margaux from a superb vintage.
Our Opinion 2009 saw very favourable weather conditions with July and August being hot and sunny, allowing for a great concentration of fruit and tannins. This weather carried through to October and the grapes were thus picked at optimal ripeness.
Tasting Notes This wine is dark purple in colour with a delicate and distinguished nose full of refined fruit. The palate is a perfect balance of spice with woody notes. subtle redberry fruit flavours and tannins combine with balance and freshness to lead to a superb finish.
Wine Maker
Method of Production The grapes are mechanicaly picked and then sorted by hand. Full destemming follows and the grapes are macerated.
